Personal Performance Training

One-on-one personal attention to not only maximize goals, but to maximize results.  This one-on-one intensive program includes functional warm-up, proper movement development, strength/speed training, mobility designation, and proper recovery.  Our training and recovery staff will focus on the client/athlete in complete detail from testing, program design,  implementation,  and recovery, maximizing the client/athlete experience.

Performance Group Training (Up to 8 Athletes)

Developing an athlete begins with the proper process:

  1. Test-Measure the capabilities of the athlete.
  2. Develop-Design a program that focuses on the strengths and weakness of the athlete
  3. Master-Develop and learn the skills to produce the proper movements and mechanics.
  4. Produce-Display the athletic skills


Performance training sessions will last 60-75 minutes and include the following:

  1. Proper Functional Warm-up
  2. Strength Training
  3. Speed Training
  4. Speed Endurance Training and Conditioning
  5. Movement and Mobility
  6. Recovery


NEUBIE is NeuFit’s patented electrical stimulation device. It is an acronym for “NEURO-BIO-ELECTRIC STIMULATOR,” and is FDA-cleared.*  When the NEUBIE is combined with NeuFit protocols, the system provides for new methods of Neuromuscular Re-education. As we all know, the nervous system controls every muscle movement.  NeuFit Sessions last for 30 minutes and will be administered only by NeuFit Certified professionals.
