Decorate freely, just no glitter

Outside decorations are welcome. We just ask no glitter, confetti, or piñatas. All balloons must be tied to a weight.

We'll email you two weeks out

Our team reaches out two weeks before your date to confirm food orders and any last details.

Cancellation policy

Full retainer refunded if cancelled 3+ weeks out. Inside 3 weeks, a $100 staffing & admin fee is deducted from your retainer.

  • In order to reserve your birthday party date and time, we require a FULL payment for your party package.
  • Any add-ons or extras will be paid on the day of your party – please stop by our front desk after your party ends to close out your tab.
  • Cancellation Policy: You will receive your full retainer back if a party is cancelled more than 3 weeks in advance. If your party is cancelled after 3 weeks, a $100 staffing & admin fee will be deducted from your retainer.
  • Outside food/beverages are NOT allowed inside AdventHealth Center Ice (other than a birthday cake/cupcakes).
  • If there are any allergies (gluten allergies etc), please contact our events team to make arrangements.
  • We offer catering options through Top Shelf Sports Lounge.  Our Events Team will email you a catering menu the week before your party for you to make selections from.

Yes, you can bring your own cake/cupcakes. However, all other outside food is prohibited.

Yes, you can bring your own decorations. We do not allow glitter, confetti, or pinatas. If you are bringing balloons, ALL balloons MUST be tied to a weight.

For Birthday Parties, two cheese pizzas are included in the package. For other events, we offer catering options through Top Shelf Sports Lounge.

A Glow Party is a glow-in-the-dark party on our mini rink! You can upgrade your party to a glow party for an additional $100.00. This includes glow sticks for all participants!

Our Events Crew works very hard to ensure that you and your guests have an amazing experience!  You can show your appreciation by leaving a cash tip or credit card tip at the front desk upon checkout.
