Get back into the game

AdventHealth Center Ice is not only a place for young athletes to learn how to place ice hockey; it is also a place where adults can get back into the game they once loved or for new adult players to learn the game. We other a variety of Adult Hockey Programs that serve all skill levels.

Adult League

Our in-house Adult Hockey program has several divisions based on the players skill level. We have a Beginner League, D League, C League and a A/B League.

Adult League Divisions

Beginner League

This program is designed for players that are learning to skate and to have limited knowledge of the fundamentals of the game such as positioning, rules and team concepts. The league consists of one game and one practice (for an additional cost) with coaches, each week.

League Games on Sunday & Thursday

Novice League

This program is designed for new players that have progressed through the Beginner League and have newly gained knowledge of the fundamentals of the game, such as, positioning, rules and team concepts. The league consists of one game and one practice (for additional charge), with coaches, each week.

League Games on Sunday & Tuesday

D League

Recreational & Beginners. A league for the intermediate player wanting to enjoy the recreational experience of ice hockey. Players have a moderate knowledge of the game.

League Games on Wednesday & Thursday

C League

Intermediate & Recreational. This league is designed for players that have a general knowledge of the game with moderate ice skating and puck handling skills.

League Games on Sunday & Monday

B League

Advanced Players. This is a mid-level league for semi-advanced players with substantial hockey abilities, knowledge, and experience that are looking for high-level competition.

Clinic

This clinic is for all skills levels of the adult league. Players will work on the fundamentals of skating, shooting, and passing to learn the game to is fullest.

  • The league will reside on our AHCI Kreezee website and will be accessible to everyone for up-to-date standings and scores.
  • Each team will have their own “team page” in the Kreezee league system.
  • The Kreezee platform comes with a Phone-App so all league/team information is at your fingertips.

Full Team Registration (Captain’s Pick): Teams must be formed in advance and register as a complete team up front. The captain will notify the Hockey Director of their intent to register a full team and will be able to invite their players to register and pay independently towards the team balance.

  • We recommend a team of at least 10 full time players and a goalie.
  • All participants must have a free AHCI Account to register. 
  • All participants much have a USA Hockey Account to register. Click HERE to create an account.
  • All Captains will register their team and pay the $250 deposit.
  • The Captain will receive a Team Code by email with their registration confirmation.  This code will be used for player registration.
  • CAPTAINS MAINTAIN THEIR OWN ROSTER AND PER PLAYER PRICING.
  • The team fee is $3,250.00 (including tax) (10% discount if paid by the second week for a total of $2,925.00) but the captains set their own roster and per-player fee and invite their players on their own.  Players will register online my selecting Join Team and entering the Team Code provided by the Captain.  They will accept the AHCI Waiver, enter their current USA Hockey #, and pay the fee assigned to them by the Captain.

Team Subs will register themselves. Team Subs will register online by selecting Join Team and entering the Team Code provided by the Captain.  They will accept the AHCI Waiver, enter their current USA Hockey #, and pay the fee assigned to them by the Captain.

  • All participants must have a free AHCI Account to register. 
  • All Individual Players will register through their accounts.
  • Registrants will accept the AHCI Waiver and enter their current USA Hockey # during registration and then proceed to payment. To create a USA Hockey account, click HERE.
  • All participants must have a free AHCI Account to register.  
  • All Goaltenders registering as an Individual Player are free and should not register online.
  • Individual goaltenders must email the Hockey Coordinator at DWiffen@AHCenterIce.com with their full name and current USA Hockey #. To create a USA Hockey account, click HERE.
