Fall Clinic Series: Shooting Clinic

Improving a player’s shot power, accuracy, release speed, and overall scoring ability. Focal points are: wrist shot, snapshot, slap shot, backhand shot, one-timer. Mechanic skills will focus on quick release, shooting in stride, weight transfer, leverage, hand positioning & grip.
