Designed for players ages 8U–16U, each camp focuses on a specific skill set—including Power Skating, Goalie Training, Goal Scoring, Systems, Skills & Drills, and Travel Skills. Athletes receive two on-ice sessions plus an off-ice session each day, helping them sharpen their skills, build confidence, and stay active during the holidays. Power Skating single-day hockey camp, players will focus on developing essential skating techniques to improve speed, agility, and overall on-ice performance. The camp will emphasize stride efficiency, edge control, quick starts, and explosive transitions, all crucial for game-time effectiveness.
Goaltenders will focus on developing key skills such as positioning, reaction time, and lateral movement. To enhance game readiness, the camp will cover crucial aspects like angle play, rebound control, and efficient puck-tracking techniques.

The Systems camp focuses on sharpening players’ understanding of the game, helping them think faster and make smarter decisions on the ice. Through situational drills, video analysis, and interactive discussions, players will learn toread the play, anticipate opponents’ moves, and improve their positioning.
The Skills & Drills camp will focus on exposing players to higher level practice drills. With the aim of improving skating, shooting, defending, and systematic concepts, players will be better equipped to make each rep count.
This single-day camp is designed for travel hockey players, focusing on refining key skills to prepare for the second half of the season. Players will work on skating, puck handling, shooting, and game awareness through high-intensity drills and scrimmages.
