Parking is not permitted under the awning in the drop-off zone. Vehicles left unattended may be towed.
Parking/public access is not permitted on the service road on the west side of the building. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense
Vehicles double parked in bus/RV parking spots may be towed.
RV parking is not permitted overnight and is only permitted during facility hours in designated spots.
Tailgating is strictly prohibited in parking lot areas for the safety of patrons & drivers.
Building rules
Public entry to and egress from the building is through the front lobby doors only
No smoking within 50 feet of the building. Dispose of butts responsibly.
Children under the age of 14, when not skating, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entirety of their visit to AHCI. This is for the safety and security of all patrons.
Ball hockey, football, or other forms of horseplay are prohibited inside the facility and damage fees will be assessed to offending parties.
Alcohol is to be consumed within AHCI building doors. Outside alcohol is prohibited and will cause the offending patron's removal from the building at the discretion of the AHCI management and security teams.
Unruly or intoxicated guests will be removed from the facility for the comfort and safety of all patrons.
Outside food & beverage should not be consumed within facility per posted signage. Animals are not permitted inside AHCI unless designated as a service animal. Unruly animals will be asked to leave the facility with their owners at AHCI management and security's discretion.
Patrons and spectators are not allowed in prohibited areas, not limited to but including the areas surrounding and inside the rink garages.
Excessively loud noisemakers or audio devices are prohibited and will cause the offending patron's removal from the building at the discretion of the AHCI management and security teams.
